What do Community Midwives do?
Community Midwives give antenatal care throughout pregnancy, they work in the community at GP surgeries and health centers. They also visit women at home after they have given birth and provide postnatal care.
They also provide you with a lot. Such as informal education, information on staying healthy, support and preparing you for labour and birth and for you to be parents.
