How did you work out your why?

I asked myself what is the highest and best use of my time and talent. i.e If I had no need to work, what would I feel best about doing with my time on earth. What is the biggest contribution I can make?

The answer was to free people from the stress and suffering of self-doubt, self-criticism and keeping themselves small.

How do you build a mindset for success?

When free from doubt and fears, then I am naturally inspired to get creative, stretch myself, and see how much of an impact I can make.

My work to build that mindset is Lucid Clearing of thoughts and beliefs that might otherwise hold me back. This is my own practice and the heart of what I teach.

What makes you feel successful?

The phrase I love is a Buddhist prayer ‘May all living being be free from suffering’.

Pain is inevitable in life, but emotional suffering does not need to be. I feel successful when I help high-achievers get free from the emotional suffering of imposter syndrome. Then they are free to be the greatest version of themselves and make the greatest contribution to the world. And enjoy their lives.

If you could only pass on one life lesson what would it be?

That our worth does not depend on what we do, and how to clear the mind of past negative influences and beliefs.

Key differences between successful and unsuccessful people?

Complete Success (the name of my company) is made of outer success i.e your personal accomplishments, and Inner Success (the name of my programme). Inner success is the belief in your unconditional worth, which means that life can be an amazing adventure and an exploration into what’s possible for you.

Fundamental foundations for a great life?

The ability to let go.
